The EMD work group is made up of representatives from the Public Safety Answering Points (PCAPs) in the county that participate in the
County EMD program. This group is responsible for QI review of EMD calls, reviewing the EMD Guide Cards to ensure they are accurate and
up to date and to provide feedback to the EMS Agency when EMD system problems are discovered.
